    Our origin

    Born from practice, not from a catalog.

    VMARSAN was born from more than 15 years of experience in people-intensive operations: workforce sizing, schedule management and labor-rule enforcement in environments where a scheduling mistake turns into cost, patient risk or liability.

    We chose healthcare as our main vertical because that is where the tension between cost, coverage and compliance is sharpest, and where the requirement for documented, auditable sizing (COFEN 01/2024 and ART 782/2025) made spreadsheets unsustainable.

    We also serve security, retail and logistics, but with healthcare at the center of what we do.

    Founder of VMARSAN. He helps healthcare operations define the right schedule, at the lowest cost, without compromising care, treating sizing and scheduling as a data problem rather than an HR task: demand, labor rules and coverage become parameters. With years in operational excellence and Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt) at Grupo Fleury and Lean Saúde, an engineer from USP, he combines consultative method, data and technology in workforce management.
